Service Quality Standards
Maintain a minimum 4.5-star rating across all completed jobs on the MPS platform.
All work must meet or exceed Michigan state building codes and industry best practices.
Partners are required to carry valid general liability insurance ($1M minimum coverage).
Licensed trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) must maintain current state licensure.

Respond to new job requests within 4 business hours of assignment notification.
Schedule jobs within 72 hours of homeowner approval unless otherwise agreed.
Notify MPS and the homeowner at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes.
Emergency/urgent jobs require a 2-hour response window when you opt in to emergency availability.

Upload before photos within 30 minutes of arriving at a job site.
Upload after/completion photos before submitting a job for payment.
Photos must clearly show the work area and be well-lit, in-focus, and unedited.
A minimum of 2 before and 2 after photos are required for jobs over $500.

Communication Requirements
Maintain professional and courteous communication with all homeowners at all times.
All job-related communications must go through the MPS partner portal messaging system.
Do not solicit homeowners for off-platform work — this results in immediate partnership termination.
Report any disputes, safety concerns, or issues to MPS support within 24 hours.

MICHIGAN PROPERTY SOLUTIONS
PARTNER SERVICES AGREEMENT

Effective Date:

1. PARTIES

This Partner Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Michigan Property Solutions LLC ("MPS"), a Michigan limited liability company, and the individual or entity identified in the partner application ("Partner").

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

MPS operates a platform connecting Michigan homeowners with qualified local service providers. Partner agrees to perform home services ("Services") as specified in job assignments issued through the MPS Partner Portal, in accordance with the service categories selected during registration.

3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS

Partner shall: (a) maintain all required professional licenses and insurance; (b) perform all Services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards; (c) comply with all applicable Michigan laws and regulations; (d) adhere to MPS quality standards and response time requirements as outlined in the Program Expectations.

4. COMPENSATION

Partner shall receive compensation equal to 80% of the total job value collected by MPS from homeowners, less any applicable deductions for disputes or quality penalties. Payments shall be processed via ACH direct deposit within 48 hours of job completion confirmation.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either party upon 14 days' written notice. MPS reserves the right to terminate immediately for material breach, including but not limited to quality standard violations or off-platform solicitation.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee of MPS. Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, and other obligations associated with their business operations.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Partner agrees to keep confidential all non-public homeowner information and MPS proprietary data accessed through the partner portal.

MICHIGAN PROPERTY SOLUTIONS
REVENUE SHARE & COMMISSION AGREEMENT

Effective Date:

1. BASE COMMISSION RATE

Partner shall receive 80% (eighty percent) of gross job revenue collected by MPS for all services performed by Partner. The remaining 20% represents the MPS platform and referral fee.

2. PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

Premium Partner Tier: Partners maintaining a minimum 4.8-star rating and completing 20 or more jobs per calendar month qualify for an additional 3% performance bonus applied to that month's total earnings.

Elite Partner Tier: Partners achieving 4.9+ star rating and 40+ jobs/month receive an additional 5% bonus and priority job assignment.

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payments are processed via ACH direct deposit within 48 hours of job completion confirmation. Jobs disputed by homeowners are held pending resolution. A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies per cycle.

4. DEDUCTIONS & CHARGEBACKS

MPS reserves the right to deduct from Partner earnings: (a) homeowner refunds approved for documented quality failures; (b) chargeback processing fees; (c) any amounts owed by Partner under this or the Partnership Agreement.

5. TAX REPORTING

Partner is responsible for all income tax obligations. MPS will issue a Form 1099-NEC to Partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year. Partner shall provide a completed W-9 form prior to receiving first payment.

6. RATE ADJUSTMENTS

MPS reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the partner portal following notice constitutes acceptance of revised rates.
